Berriochoa_Pic_133x100The Princeton Air Show is pleased to welcome back veteran air show announcer Mike Berriochoa for 2012!

Mike Berriochoa has been entertaining civilian and military air show fans for more than thirty years.  A former broadcaster, Mike combines his love of aviation with his skills on the microphone.  “Whether it’s on the ground, or in the air, I give spectators a word’s eye view of what’s happening to help them enjoy what they are seeing,” he says.

A licensed pilot himself, Mike was born to an aviation family and has been around airplanes and air shows his entire life.

Mike is a recognized leader in the air show industry, having served three terms on the board of directors of the International Council of Air Shows which is the air show industry’s trade association.  He is also the founder of the Northwest Council of Air Shows and served as a director of the International Council of Air Shows Foundation.

Mike is a retired corporate communications professional and lives with his wife in Pasco, Washington. When he isn't announcing air shows Mike is an award winning freelance writer and air show consultant.  Mike has two sons who also share his love of aviation.
