Getting Involved

2012 Volunteer Registration Form - click here

Volunteers are the backbone of the Princeton Air Show. Each year we need dozens of volunteers to help make the show the success it is. Consider joining our volunteer team and have a unique experience. We'll supply you snacks, lunch and t-shirt, you supply your enthusiasm.

Volunteer opportunities exist for:
1. Ground crews (set up, take down)
2. Grounds keeping
3. Parking
4. Security
5. Souvenir and program sales
6. Information/Host
7. Aircraft Apron/Ramp Marshal

Fill out our automated volunteer registration form to volunteer today.

Our spectators expect an exciting experience. Part of that experience includes access to a select group of food and retail vendors.

If you are a non-profit organization interested in fund raising and providing our spectators with food concessions or retail, we want to hear from you. Non-profit organizations are not charged a vending fee. Commercial vendors are also welcome.
