Registration Instructions

Please click here to go to our automated registration page. Aircraft arriving before the NOTAM of 09:30hrs on Saturday that haven't pre-registered, will be registered upon arrival by our hosts; admission is $5 and for an additional $5 we can prearrange a lunch for you and your passengers. Please note that our busiest time for arrivals is just prior to the NOTAM; arriving early will ensure easy processing, parking and getting set for an incredible show.

Arrival and Departure Logistics

Fly-ins_Everywhere_200x100The Princeton International Air Show is timed to the minute. Your cooperation in observing any NOTAMs and arriving prior to 09:30 on Saturday July 21 is greatly appreciated. You may want to consider arriving the day before (keeping in mind Friday July 20 is practice and Media/VIP day from 11:00 to 14:00, check any NOTAMS for restrictions). There are no taxiways at the Princeton Regional Airport and the apron is used as the "hot" area for staging the performers aircraft so late arrivals become problematic for the start of the air show and could jeopardize the safety of our air show volunteers, performers and aircraft.

Please observe the directions of ground personnel when arriving and taxiing to the apron area. An aircraft marshal will greet you at the apron entrance from the runway and will direct you to the shut down area and then apron personnel will push back your aircraft to the parking area. Aircraft are parked on a first come first serve basis. To assist apron personnel and our aircraft marshals, you may wish to bring your tow bar for ease of parking. Please refer to the map above for airport layout.

For safety reasons Transport Canada does not allow spectators within the "show box" so you will be unable to view the show from your aircraft; you will be required to view the air show from the designated spectator areas.

Departures will not be permitted prior to the end of the air show. Air show performer departures are typically cleared by the Air Boss before general aviation. Please observe the directions of the Air Boss, aircraft marshals and apron crew. Your patience at the close of the show is greatly appreciated. Departures will commence at approximately 1500hrs.

Air Boss Dave Woodruff may be contacted at 250-293-6279 or by email at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

If you prefer to arrive the day before, many of the downtown hotels provide pick up and drop off service from the airport. Princeton Taxi is also available; call them 250-295-2727. For accomodation information visit the Town of Princeton website at www.princeton.ca and look under "Business/Business Directory" for contact information. Princeton has a variety of accomodations at a range of pricing. Camping under the wing is also permitted but please note the terminal building does not have shower facilities. 24 hour onsite security will be present.
